Low level access 8Bit MCU
are there any possibilities for a low level access via TCP/IP or UDP with an 8Bit MCU, for the basic functions, read record, edit record, add record.

That's basically what HandlerSocket plugin does. And, I suppose, if its protocol won't suit you, it shouldn't be too difficult to change.
